About this house rental
There are several options for enjoying the outdoors: a furnished terrace in front of the living room, a patio next to the kitchen that is also furnished with patio furniture, and a private rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area all the way to the sea. The private garden is completely enclosed.
The first floor features the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a half-bath. On the first floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each equipped with built-in closets—as well as the bathroom. The balcony of one of the bedrooms leads out to the rooftop terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area all the way to the sea.
All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, ensuring comfortable temperatures inside the house year-round.
In-house Wi-Fi is available.
The house is located in the Fuente del Gallo villa community near Conil. The sandy beach at Fuente del Gallo is just a few minutes’ walk away. The villa community features a small supermarket and a highly recommended restaurant offering excellent value for money.
You can park conveniently on the street in front of the house year-round.
Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of €30 per stay.
During the winter months from November through March, electricity and heating costs are billed separately.

Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, der Strand ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Je nach Tiede Spaziergang bis Conil möglich. Einkaufen in Conil kein Problem, ein Auto ist allerdings nötig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren ins Hinterland, Profil wellig, pro 10 km ca. 100 Hm. Vermieter sehr nett, angagiert und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns gut erholt, vielen Dank dafür.
