About this house rental
Bungalows for 4 persons, with free WiFi, large common pool and private garden and outdoor kitchen with grill 5-bungalow property with large pool.
Near the pine-forest behind Roche in a quiet surrounding, abt. 5min by car from Conil and the beautiful beaches, you’ll find two attached bungalows (2x2) and one single house of each abt. 65m2. They are built around a private swimming-pool-area with outdoor-furniture to relax in the sun and with showers.
The pool is abt. 6m x 10m large and 1,0m to 1,9m deep.
Each of the five houses has: 2 bedrooms with two singlebeds each, an open plan kitchen with washing-machine, refrigerator with freezing-compartment, microwave. The bathroom has a tub and bidet. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, a fireplace and a TV. Two of the four houses dispose of international SAT-TV, the other two houses have local Spanish TV-channels. Therefore SAT-TV on request !! Electrical-heating and a cot can been supplied on demand. Furthermore every house has a small own fenced garden with a lawn, own garden-furniture for four persons and a nice outdoor-kitchen with barbecue.

un lugar estupendo para desconectar. tranquilidad máxima en todos los aspectos, magnifica piscina, la casa con todas las comodidades, el único inconveniente es que tuve que marcharme, me supo a poquísimo pero amenazo con volver.

waren schon mehrmals in der Unterkunft. Wie immer sehr zufrieden. Entspannter Urlaub gerade wegen Corona. Manko nach wie vor die Betten !!!
Man sollte doch in neue Matratzen investieren.Diese haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Nos gusto bastante.
A modo de observación,comentarles que en nuestra estancia que fue la ultima quincena de agosto, los días y lunes y por un par de dias mas , venia un olor a excremento de ganado que suponemos seria de la vivienda que esta enfrente , aunque no a ciencia cierta,
Por lo demás, todo estupendo.

Sehr gute und freundliche Abwicklung. Selbst bei kleinen technischen Problemen kam die Nachbars-Dame sofort raus und half. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend! Gerne wieder!
