Overlooking the sea, the holiday apartment Bella Vista Marinella 1 impresses with its fantastic panoramic view. The 120 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. The apartment features a private outdoor area with plenty of garden furniture to relax and enjoy the scenery, as well as a covered terrace with an impressive sea view. Less than a 5-minute walk away, you will find a partner 4-star hotel offering bar, restaurant, swimming pool with equipped beach, and gym, available for an extra fee. Cafés, bars, and a supermarket are reachable within a 7-minute drive (3.5 km). The sea is 200 metres away and Marinella Beach is a 5-minute drive (1.5 km). Porto Rotondo is an 8-minute drive (4 km). Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, Olbia port, and Golfo Aranci port are all about 20 minutes away by car (17 km). The property offers private parking. On request, one small pet is allowed. The unit is gorgeous, stunning views, three bedrooms and two baths giving two adult couples their own "wings" of the house with total privacy for bathroom and bedroom. Sergio is an amazing host, very attentive, communicated with us in advance and throughout our stay. One of the TVs wasn't working and while we were sightseeing for a day he came by, replaced the batteries in the clicker and even sent us a photo so we would know it was done. Upon arrival he had two large bottles of water for us in the fridge, one still and one sparkling which were welcome surprises, topped off by a bottle of Proseco chilling in the fridge. The bathrooms are both large for Italy and one is recently renovated with a large, rainfall shower that also has a window overlooking the gardens and bay. The living room was very comfortable for four of us. The patio area was our favorite, there are three levels, one with a dining room table where we enjoyed dinner and wine one night, another that has a lounger and two couches where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view, chatting and laughing. There is a hotel down the hill from the unit, Sergio called ahead and asked them to allow us to eat at the restaurant; it is a very lovely, upscale place and we had a delicious meal there (although it's pricey). This was one of the best VRBO locations we have ever stayed in.

Sergio is the most fabulous host I have ever had. He is warm and helpful both before and during the stay. And the place is gorgeous. The view and location are stupendous. And the inside and outside space is so lovely and comfortable. This is one of the most special places I have ever stayed in.

Sergio went above and beyond as a host. Extremely informative and so so friendly. Was available anytime we messaged him with questions. His place was stunning. Very clean and very spacious. We loved the outdoor balcony where we spent most of.our timre. The views were breathtaking and we absolutely loved his place. I highly recommend any one visiting Sardinia to stay here. He was so kind to take us to breathtaking views on a mountain of the beautiful island of Sardinia upon departure. Thank you Sergio from Canada. We had a wonderful stay and thank you again for your kindness.
