This luxurious penthouse, which is situated in La Cala de Mijas, overlooks the nearby golf course and sea. The complex of Calanova Sea Golf is set within beautiful tropical gardens and features a choice of 5 large swimming pools, a children's pool and a pool bar. The 100 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV (cable Tv with 200+ channels).
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of several pools, a garden, outdoor furniture, a parasol, a sun blind, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. There are 5 shared swimming pools in the complex. Open all year round but not heated.
The apartment is located a little up in the hills at a short drive from the sea and the village of la Cala de Mijas, in between Malaga airport (30 minutes) and Marbella (20 minutes). The Calanova golf course, just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, is one of the many well-reputed golf courses in the area.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with massive terrace. Lovely comfortable bedrooms. En-suite shower was best ever. Dedicated underground parking spot. Few minutes drive from La Cala. Very nice pools.

Pros: Een zeer mooi penthouse, van alle gemakken voorzien! Geweldig uitzicht, rustig en met mooie zwembaden. Met de auto is het 6 min. naar Cala de Mijas.

Pros: Fantastisk lejlighed - den mest fantastiske terrasse og et dejligt poolområde. Kan anbefale at have lejet bil.
Lejer og dem som er kontaktperson er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme.
Vi vil rigtig gerne tilbage.

Pros: We hebben genoten van het mooie ruime penthouse van Marie-France. Het enige nadeel is dat je altijd voor boodschappen of een drankje in ‘ t dorp een auto nodig hebt. Daar tegenover staat een schitterend uitzicht over de directe omgeving.
Zwembaden schoon en netjes. Inrichting van het appartement Is netjes en functioneel.
