The noble house of Luroa de Cambo—whose coat of arms, originally belonging to the Luro family, is now that of the town of Cambo—is undoubtedly the oldest house in Cambo-les-Bains, dating back to 1505. Located in the typically Basque village district of Bas-Cambo, it has retained its strong character thanks to its impressive façade, even though it has weathered many ups and downs over its more than 500-year history.
