About this villa rental
Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous Italian-style Villa which offers good times in perspective.
Located 8 minutes from the city center of Saint Jean de Luz and the beaches, and 25 minutes from Biarritz or San Sebastian by car. It is also located 5 minutes from the Golf de Chantaco, in a very quiet area and estate. The villa is spacious and comfortable (sleeps 11 to 15 with the Pool House).
Surrounded by a beautiful garden, a large terrace, a swimming pool and a Pool House.
The villa is located in a magnificent private domain protected by a very high gate.
The Villa also has its own gate and wicket gate to ensure you real tranquility.
On the first floor, the villa is composed of a large living room opening onto a dining room, a TV lounge, a veranda (children's playroom), a glass roof (summer dining room), a large fully equipped kitchen (Gaggenau) and a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Upstairs, you will have a very nice suite (king size bed) with dressing room, bathroom (shower and jet bath) and a small en-suite bedroom with a single bed.
A bedroom with 4 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, another bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with bathtub.
In the Pool House: an outdoor kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds, a shower room.
A very large closed garage completes this property (2 cars possible).
The nearest shops are located in the city center accessible in 8 minutes by car or in the Jalday area (very large Carrefour, bakery, and many other shops)

I can also deliver fresh croissants and newspapers every morning during your stay or organize your outings (restaurants, activities) - quote on request.

We had a perfect stay at this truly beautiful property! Manuela organized a chef for a lovely dinner on the veranda. She recommended a great surf instructor, delivered delicious pastries and was very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area. Merci Beaucoup, Manuela!
