About this apartment rental
Independent cottage, 80 sq m, with private, furnished veranda and view over the pool. On two levels.
On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 4-ring stove, microwave oven, moka pot), TV, single sofa bed.
On the first floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom fitted with shower. Other amenities: mosquito curtains, hairdryer. (the photos are a sample of the apartment type).
Located on a knoll, the farmhouse enjoys a beautiful view over the adjacent countryside. There are 6 holiday flats in the main building and an independent cottage in a restored barn. The swimming pool (12x6 m, depth from 120 to 160 cm, open April-October) is heated during the months of April, May and October, and it too enjoys a scenic view.
This 17th-century farmhouse is at just 3 km from Pomarance, in the gorgeous Val di Cecina, a territory strategically set between the beach and the most important art cities. In an environment of many landscapes, from the agricultural countryside of Volterra (at 20 km) to the geothermal energy fields of Larderello (at 9 km), this farmstead has been renovated into 7 apartments. In respect of its past architecture and its surroundings, only original materials have been used.
Guests also have access to a children’s playground, a table tennis table, washing machine, barbecue and car park. The closest restaurant is in the owner’s other farm estate at 500 m.

Distances: shops, supermarket, other restaurants are in Pomarance at 3 km. Volterra is at 22 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Siena 55 km, Pisa 85 km, Florence 90 km. The nearest beaches are at Cecina 40 km.
Included in the price are gas, water and electricity consumption; final cleaning, bed linen and towels; heating; Wi-Fi in the common areas.
Not included and to be paid on location: damage deposit €250, baby cot € 15/day, extra linen €5/person, extra towels €8/person, use of laundry. Tourism tax.
