About this house rental
This luxurious finca is located between Cala Santanyi and Santanyi. With its soothing, peaceful setting—yet close to the center of Santanyi (a 25-minute walk) and various beaches—it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and a variety of activities. A paradise has been created within 250 square meters of top-class living space, where up to 8 people can leave their everyday lives behind. After a long day at the beach or exploring the island, you can relax in the spacious living room with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV and DVD available) or share your experiences with loved ones back home via the internet. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love doing so in the fully equipped kitchen (including an outdoor kitchen). From the dishwasher to the Nespresso machine and the wine cooler, everything is provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Three bedrooms plus three bathrooms in the main house and one additional bedroom with a living area and bathroom in the guest house ensure plenty of privacy. The property is secluded and not visible from any direction.
As is customary in Mallorca, there are three cats on our property that we’ve grown fond of. An automatic feeder provides them with food daily. The cats do not enter the house but are sometimes found on the terrace. Please note this if you have allergies.
Our finca has been rented out by a management company for the past 10 years. Now we are renting it out directly through Vrbo (which is why there are no reviews yet).

We’ve had such a fantastic holiday at Finca Con Pavo Real! The pool has been perfect for early morning swimming, relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. The villa is spacious with an excellent layout, modern and clean, kitchen well equipped too. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the beautiful local towns and villages. The WiFi could be patchy at times but we’ve loved our stay, it’s been a wonderful holiday full of happy memories. Thank you so much!— The Pomkowskyj Family

We had a great 8 day vacation at Can Pavo Real. A true gem! Lot’s of space for our family of 5: 3 teens and 2 adults. The finca offers anything you can wish for for. Pool area is magnificent! We used the barbecue area almost every night and went to lovely close by calas during the day and then spent the afternoon at the pool.
I can truly recommend this finca to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Mallorca.
