Moderne und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Südbalkon in super Lage. Da die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt, kann das Treppensteigen allerdings für manche Personen schon beschwerlich sein - kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
