Welcome to the "Haus Nordstrand - Vacation Rental 4" on the beautiful island of Borkum! This modern and lovingly designed vacation rental is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation, families, and active vacationers. With an area of 65 m², the vacation rental can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for relaxing days by the sea.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house, just 250 meters from the fine sandy beach. Here, you can start your day with a magnificent sunrise on the beach or take a dip in the waves. The nearest grocery store is just 290 meters away, and restaurants are only 240 meters away.
The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds (one of which can be stowed away as a fold-down bed). A modern living room with a sofa area, armchairs, and a dining table invites you to spend time socializing. For your entertainment, there’s a digital TV, a CD player, and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi ensures that you’ll always stay connected during your stay.
In the fully equipped, open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. This includes, among other things, a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Dishes and silverware are, of course, provided so you can feel right at home. After a long day at the beach, the walk-in shower in the bathroom will help you unwind, and you can freshen up using one of the towels we provide.
An additional guest bathroom provides extra comfort. The entire apartment is allergy-friendly and non-smoking, making it the ideal choice for guests with sensitivities.
