Perfect for relaxing days on Borkum! Our comfortable vacation rental “Luv” offers plenty of space for up to four people across its spacious 60 m² floor area. It features a living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a closed-off kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For cozy family time, the living room is equipped with a couch and a comfortable armchair, as well as a radio, a TV, and a DVD/Blu-ray player.
Sunshine and fresh North Sea air ensure wonderful moments of relaxation during your vacation on Borkum! The “Luv” vacation rental features a south-facing terrace where you can relax in complete privacy. You’re also welcome to use the building’s small communal garden with a permanent barbecue area.
The vacation rental’s separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV. The living room features a full-size fold-down bed (1.40 m x 2 m). The room can be darkened with curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep here as well.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals. Among other things, you’ll find a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Free rollaway beds and high chairs for children can be provided.
This vacation rental offers Wi-Fi—also at no additional cost.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the annex of the house and are for shared use.
A separate storage area is available for bicycles. Additionally, e-bikes can be charged at a charging station in the on-site garage.
You may drive up to the front of the house for loading and unloading. A public parking lot (for a fee) is available in front of the house for parking your car.
Dogs are allowed (for an additional fee and upon request; max. 1 dog, max. 40 cm tall).

The town center, with its many shopping options, as well as clinics and a public parking lot, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The island’s train station is also nearby. The “Strandhaus” boasts an exceptional location that’s particularly worth mentioning. The beach is just 50 meters away, and its magnificent dunes are perfect for long walks. The main beach and the promenade, with its numerous restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This family-friendly vacation home offers four high-quality, non-smoking apartments for two to five people. The apartments range in size from 48 to 88 m² and each features a terrace or balcony. From all apartments, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the dunes and the Borkum lighthouse. In the “Luv” and “Lee” apartments, located on the first floor, you’re welcome to bring your beloved dog. From the upper apartment, “Backbord,” you can even see the ocean surf.

All apartments feature free Wi-Fi and large TVs in both the living rooms and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. The lovingly decorated living areas and modern bathrooms offer additional comfort.
