Der Kontakt zu Ihrer Buchungsagentur war super! Der Kontakt immer nett und freundlich. Auch der Hinweis kurz vor Abreise hinsichtlich der gesperrten Autobahnen war sehr freundlich, auch wenn für uns in diesem Urlaub nicht von Interesse! Richtig gut war das Handtuchpaket pro Person! Nicht nur 1 großes und ein kleines Handtuch sondern gleich zwei, das war wirklich top!!!

Toller Service Ihrer Mitarbeiter, alles so problemlos.. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch, gute Ausgangslage in alle Richtungen, schöner unverbauter Ausblick Das einzige Manko war der Parkplatz. Der war leider für unsere V-Klasse viel zu schmal, zudem das Auto auf dem Nachbarparkplatz immer exakt auf der Linie zu unserem stand. Zum Glück konnten wir auf der Straße in den Parkbuchten meistens was finden.

ich habe telefonisch gefragt, ob wir unsere Koffer im Büro abstellen können, da unser Zug erst um 14.00 Uhr fährt- dies wurde bejaht-allerdings nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Büro sonntags gar nicht geöffnet ist . Wir warteten 20 Minuten davor-telefonisch war niemand erreichbar- ein Anrufbeantworter wäre hilfreich. Wir mussten also für 15Euro Schließfächer buchen, die in einem sehr schlechten Zustand sind! ( schmutzig) Leider ärgerlicher Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. ja

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zu Fuß ca 15-20 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Im Winter fahren die Stadtbusse (Haltestelle ist 100 m entfernt) leider nicht oft.
