Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a charming little vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom and just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located in a quiet courtyard, separated from the lively “Am Strom” by just a door, is this cozy, smoke-free apartment. A small terrace with seating invites you to relax, read, and more.
Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the courtyard!
Spatzennest Vacation Apartment—approx. 20 square meters, located on the first floor, with a living area, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, sleeping area with a double bed, kitchenette with dining table, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
No direct view of the river.
Ideal for travelers arriving by train. Just a 5-minute, almost barrier-free walk to the train station (3 steps at the apartment) and just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the pier.
Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are in the immediate vicinity (20 m).
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
In the same building, you can rent another vacation apartment, “Dicht Dran,” for 2 people.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secured parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
