This beautiful, sunny two-story apartment offers a cozy and homey atmosphere. It’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac about 3 km from Norddeich and offers a fantastic view over the rooftops of Norden.
The 80-square-meter apartment features an optimal layout and is flooded with natural light. It is a non-smoking apartment and is suitable for people with allergies.
Four sleeping spots, divided between two spacious bedrooms on two different levels, provide a restful night’s sleep. There is one bedroom with a double bed on the living level, and two single beds are located on the spacious loft. The loft in the attic is not only ideal for sleeping but also for relaxing, as it is separated from the living level by its own door. There is also a second television on the loft. The bedroom on the living level has a TV connection.
The large living-dining area with its light-filled glass bay window invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment features a 107 cm satellite TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player
The large, modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a hand mixer.
Shower (with low step)/toilet, washing machine, towel warmer, hair dryer. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
The floors are tiled throughout; the loft area has laminate flooring.

A high chair and a travel crib (with its own mattress for children up to 4 years old) are available free of charge.
Two 28-inch bicycles are also available for use (at your own risk) for a small fee to cover maintenance costs.
