About this apartment rental
This bright and welcoming 2-room vacation apartment with a sunny balcony is located on the first floor of a residential complex in Kressbronn. The apartment has been newly furnished and is situated right by the lake, yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle during the summer months. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Constance, the Kressbronn beach, the historic Bodan shipyard, and the Bodan Promenade, which offers culinary and cultural highlights.
The cozy bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm); a crib and high chair are also available in the apartment and can be provided upon request.
The living room has direct access to the covered balcony, where you can spend relaxing hours enjoying the view of nature. On the cozy couch in the living room—which can also be used as an extra sleeping spot if needed—you can wind down your evenings with a glass of wine.
The fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine offer everything you need for your stay.
The vacation rental includes an underground parking space. This vacation rental is also available for long-term rental; prices are available upon request.
Important note regarding parking: Due to extensive renovations in the underground parking garage, the garage will be unavailable from April 13 through 31.07.2026. Loading and unloading directly at the building is still possible. We provide a free parking pass for a public parking lot located approximately 900 m away (limited availability; no guarantee of a parking space). Construction noise may occur on weekdays. The current rental price is already reduced by 15%!
Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price.
The visitor’s tax is billed separately by the owners and remitted to the city of Lindau.
Important information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in this accommodation. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung, bis auf den Mangel, das das Regenfallrohr zur Balkonseite, nachdem es aufgehört hatte zu regnen, so laute Tropfgeräusche machte, als würde man mit dem Ohr direkt an einem tropfenden Wasserhahn hängen, was mir den Schlaf geraubt hatte.
Was man uns auch nicht mitgeteilt hatte, ist die Tatsache das Pfingsten in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Pfingstfestival statt fand das über drei Tage ging und das bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Hier war ein schlafen ebenfalls nicht möglich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles wie beschrieben. Ein kleiner Salzstreuer und ein Korkenzieher wäre schön gewesen (jammern auf hohem Niveau). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Objekt, allerdings sehr hellhörig. Morgens gegen 6.00 war die Nacht zu Ende
Die Ausstattung ist gut und geschmackvoll ( wir hätten uns aber ein paar mehr z.B kleine Teller, 1 Messbecher, vielleicht Tischsets, eine Vase, ein Hocker im Bad gewünscht )
