In the kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a 2-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (including an extra freezer), a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. For everyday use, there’s also a washing machine and dryer available for shared use, as well as a vacuum cleaner and practical amenities such as a coat rack and dresser. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and hot water. Thanks to the efficient heating system, you’re guaranteed a comfortable stay even outside the high season. A special bonus is the garden, which you’re welcome to use, along with garden furniture for peaceful moments in the fresh air. The apartment is designated as a non-smoking accommodation, and smoke and fire alarms ensure your safety. The location is particularly attractive: You’re about 100 m from the sea and the beach (sandy beach); shopping, restaurants, and public transportation are also in the immediate vicinity, each about 100 m away. The walk to the ferry is also short enough to allow you to go about your daily plans at a leisurely pace (distance to the ferry: approx. 250 m). Located in a village, you’ll benefit from good local amenities: a supermarket, bank/ATM, and a doctor’s office are nearby, so you won’t need a car. A parking space is available for you (1 spot). We’ve also made provisions for our younger guests: children are welcome, and the apartment is equipped with a high chair and a crib, and games are provided. A laundry service is available, and additional amenities such as a hair dryer and hot water throughout the bathroom are provided as needed. If you’re looking for a vacation rental near the water with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a garden, “Therese 9” in Haus Therese is the ideal choice for your vacation in Wittdün.
