Haus Nordenlicht Vacation Apartment with a view of the harbor and the sea, 100 m from the beach

The “Hafenblick” vacation rental in the Nordenlicht building welcomes you to the island—just about 100 meters from the sea, making it ideal if you love harbor life and being close to the beach. With about 65 m² of living space, this stylishly furnished retreat on the 2nd floor features two rooms—one bedroom—and can accommodate up to two people. Thanks to its location in a quiet area near the water, you can enjoy the view of the coast first thing in the morning: there’s a view of the sea, and the beach is only about 100 meters away (sandy beach).

Inside, an open kitchen area creates a relaxed atmosphere for spending time together: The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a 3-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Everything you need for daily life is provided, including dishes and silverware, a toaster, a kettle, and other kitchen utensils. The living area invites you to relax—with a sofa, armchairs, a dresser, a dining table, a TV (satellite, digital), and a radio. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower; the shower is described as a shower-tub combination. Convenient for longer stays: a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. An iron and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.

For your comfort, the apartment is a smoke-free property and features central heating, a smoke detector, and an elevator, making the trip up to the second floor convenient. An enclosed terrace or balcony rounds out the overall picture. A private parking space is available outdoors (1 space). Shopping and restaurants are also within easy reach: shopping about 200 meters away, restaurants about 100 meters away. Public transportation is similarly close by (approx. 100 m). A doctor’s office, bank/ATM, and supermarket are also nearby.

Whether you’re traveling as a couple for a getaway or looking for that special island lifestyle with easy access to the beach, “Hafenblick” combines proximity to the sea, a well-equipped vacation rental, and a relaxing setting for your vacation in Wittdün. Children are welcome, making this an ideal setting for family vacations as well.
