Spanning approximately 40 m², this well-designed vacation rental features two rooms—including one bedroom—and can accommodate up to two guests. The apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Thanks to its non-smoking policy and privacy screens on all windows, you’ll feel completely at home from the moment you arrive.

Inside, a cozy living room with a sofa area and TV invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. There is a dining area where you can enjoy meals in a peaceful atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need, including a glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. A washing machine and dryer (shared use) provide additional convenience; there’s also a vacuum cleaner and a coat rack. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also available, along with a hair dryer and practical everyday items.

Especially convenient for your vacation: Wi-Fi is included, and other media equipment such as a radio and CD player are available. The balcony offers the chance to enjoy some fresh air—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The apartment is also equipped with smoke detectors and a starter kit, so you can get settled right away.
