High-quality and spacious apartment in the heath and climatic health resort Schneverdingen-Lünzen

We spent four days in Schneverdingen Lünzen, hiking in the heath in the first part of the day and using the apartment's exceptional amenities in the afternoons. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, exceptionally well equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is, however, located directly on the rural road leading to/from Schneverdingen, which is well-traveled during the day. To get to the hiking trails in the Lueneburger Heide Nature Reserve one needs a car or bicycles. The vacation rental is on the ground floor of the house, with the host's mother, Mrs. Rosche living in the apartment above. Mrs. Rosche was our contact person upon arrival, whereas her son handled all the initial communication via the VRBO app. This was not clear from the listing or initial messages exchanged. The hosts expect guests to adhere to a few property rules which are mostly very reasonable. However, we did find it somewhat disconcerting that we were told that if we did not lower the blinds of the living room windows on a sunny day the host would enter the apartment in our absence during our stay to protect certain decorative (and admittedly beautiful) plants situated on the window sill of the vacation rental.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hatten immer wieder mal eine Idee, was man sich noch ansehen könnte. Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was man zuhause auch hat, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Auch wenn die Wohnung nah an der Straße liegt, so hat uns der Verkehr nicht gestört. Auf der hinteren Terrasse zu sitzen war einfach nur schön. Es gab zudem in der FeWo genug zu lesen, so dass ich meine Bücher ungelesen wieder mitgenommen habe. Auch die Umgebung bietet genügend Abwechslung. Wem hier langweilig wird oder es nicht gefällt, der ist selber dran schuld. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen guten Zustand und gut eingerichtet. Die nach Osten ausgerichtete große Terasse war jahreszeitbedingt nicht zu benutzen und hätte aufgeräumter sein sollen. Die kleine Südterasse ist für 2 Personen gut zu nutzen, störend ist allerdings der Staßenlärm. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Für Fahrradausflüge in und um die Lüneburger Heide herum ist der Standort sehr gut geeignet.
