3-room apartment (approx. 65 sqm living space) on the 1st floor with a large south-facing balcony. The staircase leading from the hallway into the apartment is quite steep and should be used with special care.
We welcome you to Starklef 29. The very quiet location offers direct access to extensive walking and biking trails. This vacation apartment with its large balcony is ideal for couples and anyone who appreciates a peaceful living environment. You can park on the street. You can make yourself comfortable on the balcony. The apartment has been fully furnished with great attention to detail. It’s a place where you’ll feel right at home. Bed linens and towels are provided.
LIVING ROOM: Sofa with coffee table and 1 armchair. Separate KITCHEN with all the comforts and a dining area with 4 chairs.
BEDROOM 1: Double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: 1 single bed (0.90 m x 2 m) for sleeping separately. BATHROOM: Shower, sink, toilet.
Washing machine and dryer. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garden shed.
The town center, South Beach, the promenade, the wave pool, and the spa center are about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.
Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.
