About this apartment rental
Located on the greenbelt in Wyk, this tastefully furnished family-friendly apartment is situated in a quiet area not far from the beach.
The house, situated on the greenbelt near the city park—with its beautiful forest trails and the “Löwenhöhle” adventure playground—is a well-maintained complex with a spacious lot. Here, all guests of the complex have access to a small playground and a seating area, as well as the option to use the washer and dryer for a small fee and to store their bicycles in the basement. A Finnish steam sauna (for a fee) and a small fitness room invite you to relax. Many guests enjoy the quiet location, while still being within walking distance of a bakery, a butcher shop, a small, well-stocked grocery store, and, of course, the beach and the sea. The upstairs apartment in the Haus am Stadtpark is an ideal home for families, spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the modern bathroom with a spacious shower, the two bedrooms, and the spacious living-bedroom with an integrated kitchen and dining area. The living room features a sofa set (sofa bed 170 x 190 cm), an electrically adjustable recliner, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi; on the other side of the room is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. From here, you can step out onto a small balcony designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people. You’ll enjoy peaceful nights in the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, while the small children’s room features a bed (90 x 200 cm) and a dresser.
On the second floor, there is a playroom for children, which also serves as a cozy retreat where you can read a good book in peace. The TV in the room is intended for use with streaming services.
From around the beginning of May through the end of September, a seasonal beach chair awaits you on the beach, available free of charge!
