Our Franzi vacation rental is nestled in the heart of nature between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Far away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, our vacation rental in the idyllic countryside invites you to relax and unwind with the whole family, with friends, or in a small group.
Our vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a farmstead right on the edge of the forest, making it ideal for hiking or bike rides. You can spend your vacation in comfort in our spacious living area. The farmstead’s grounds offer plenty of space for outdoor play. For children, there’s a playground and an area for playing ball, as well as a place for your four-legged friend to run around. While the little ones play, you can relax on the terrace with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the beautiful day. You might even hear the little inhabitants of the forest going about their daily activities. Nature begins right at your doorstep.

The Franzi vacation rental has recently been completely renovated and refurbished and is excellently equipped—including a sauna and a washing machine—even for a longer stay. With a double bedroom, a spacious kitchen-living room featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen, a private terrace, and a beautifully landscaped garden, we offer you comfortable living with all the amenities. In the fully equipped kitchen—with a view of nature—you can prepare an unforgettable vacation meal for yourself and your loved ones. For those who’d rather be treated to culinary delights, there are restaurants just about 15 minutes away from the vacation rental. Free Wi-Fi and a TV provide you with the best entertainment during your stay. Free parking is also available, so traveling by car is no problem at all.

Our vacation rental offers comfortable amenities with all the extras you’ll need for your vacation. All you need to pack is a few changes of clothes and toiletries. Everything else is provided in our apartment. The vacation rental’s amenities include, among other things: a new built-in kitchen, fridge-freezer combo, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, including dishes, flat-screen TV, elegant bathroom, a comfortable double bed, sleeper sofa, a crib, a high chair, a washing machine and a sauna, Wi-Fi, a grill, a garden with lounge chairs, a balcony, pets allowed, a playground, and a parking space—all set amidst nature, close to hiking and biking trails, and in a quiet location. In addition, our “Franzi” vacation rental is a smoke-free apartment, and if you wish, we can also provide fluffy towels. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

Our apartment is located exactly between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in the small town of Weesby. This small, idyllic village in the beautiful, green inland region is located near the German-Danish border between Flensburg and Süderlügum. If you drive north, you’ll find yourself at the state border with Denmark. If you drive west, you’ll cross the county border into North Frisia. For cycling enthusiasts, the area around the vacation rental is ideal, as there are many small side roads to explore. In addition, the well-organized little village is located directly on several cycling routes that stretch from Hojer in Denmark to the Flensburg Fjord. There are also plenty of fishing spots for anglers, both on the German and Danish sides of the border. The Ladelund natural swimming area is located in the immediate vicinity and is perfect for enjoyable family days out.
