About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the Peenehuus Cafe & mehr, right on the harbor in the town of Neukalen.
Here, you’ll discover just how beautiful and relaxing a vacation in the heart of Mecklenburg can be.
Our house is surrounded by a spacious harbor area that features a boat rental service and a canoe station.
Boat trips on the Peene River all the way to Lake Kummerow are among the most beautiful experiences in our region. The town of Neukalen has a lot to offer. In addition to numerous restaurants, there’s also a sandy beach on the Peene River, a lovely playground near the accommodation, and plenty of options for day trips.
The vacation rental consists of a spacious (approx. 37 sqm) living/sleeping area with a kitchenette. There is also a small adjoining room in the apartment that can accommodate one additional person.
Our vacation rental was newly renovated in October 2021 and furnished to suit its purpose.
The small kitchenette leaves little to be desired, as everything from a refrigerator to an induction cooktop is provided. In March 2026, a new bathroom was installed with a shower, toilet, and sink
On the first floor of the Peenehuus, there is a café where you can relax and unwind in a beach chair right on the banks of the Peene River.
