Built in 2014, this vacation home is located in a quiet yet very central area near the nature reserve, the Peene River, and the town of Neukalen.

A cozy 36 square meters with a living room, dining area, bedroom, open kitchen, and bathroom offer all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. The bright living room has direct access to the garden. You can sit or have breakfast under the covered patio, sheltered from the elements, while natural light floods the rooms through the large windows, creating an exceptionally cozy atmosphere.

The wood-burning stove provides coziness and warmth whenever you need it. The large terrace is perfect for reading, sunbathing, or relaxing.

The 360-square-meter property has been lovingly landscaped. It is fully fenced, making it ideal for pet owners as well. You’ll have exclusive use of the property. There is one parking space directly in front of the house.



H. Winkler Vacation Home:

The vacation home has been completely renovated, expanded, and modernized. Accordingly, the kitchen, bathroom, living area, and garden are fully equipped.

Everything is provided, from an espresso and coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and even a small oven.

Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels are included in the rental price. A radio and TV (satellite) let you stay connected to the world, and you can relax on comfortable lounge chairs on the sun terrace. The charcoal grill is easy to use, and the charcoal for your first barbecue is, of course, included.

Right on the lake and along the Peene River, there are wonderful fishing spots, rest areas for water travelers, public swimming areas, and docking facilities in the harbors of the surrounding towns. For anglers: The house has a fish-filleting station and an outdoor smoker for your catch. Fishing boats can be rented at the harbor in Neukalen.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
