Deep Blue Rooms & Apartments

The rooms was great and to the location. The bus stops at the end of the driveway of the property. But what we liked the most was the owners who were the most attentive and accomodating.

We had an amazing stay at Deep Blue Rooms & Apartments in Ios! From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – close enough to the main areas of Ios, but still peaceful and quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! What really made our stay special was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We immediately felt at home and truly appreciated all their help and recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ios. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and peaceful accommodation with amazing hosts. 10/10 – We would definitely come back! 🌊🇬🇷

The proximity to the best beach in Ios, the family atmosphere.

Nothing really.

Nestled in one of Greece's most enchanting islands, the Deep Blue Rooms proves that the best travel experiences come from authentic hospitality and thoughtful details and not luxury The property location is far enough from Ios's bustling nightlife scene to offer peaceful tranquility, yet close enough for convenient access when you want it. You're steps away from some of the island's most beautiful beaches, with stunning sea views that make morning coffee feel like a luxury in itself. The surrounding neighborhood is authentically charming, and wonderfully removed from the tourist crush. What strikes you immediately is how much you get for your investment. In an era of inflated Greek island prices, Deep Blue delivers remarkable value without cutting corners. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, no false promises or hidden disappointments. You're paying for quality and genuine hospitality, not inflated branding. The breakfast spread is generous and made with care. Fresh local ingredients, homemade touches, and an abundance of options make mornings memorable. It's the kind of breakfast that fuels your day and reflects the owners' pride in their property. You feel the difference immediately. This isn't a corporate property checking boxe, it's a family's labour of love. That personal investment translates into every detail, every interaction, and every decision made about the property. The owners and staff are remarkably warm and generous. They don't just answer questions; they share insider knowledge, make genuine recommendations, and demonstrate real interest in your experience. Their generosity extends beyond mere politeness, it's a reflection of authentic Greek hospitality at its finest. Deep Blue Motel is what travel should be: authentic, warm, and genuinely memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the real Ios experience at a good value.

The beds are noticeably dated, and the mattresses run quite firm, definitely harder than what many guests might prefer for sleeping. If you're someone who enjoys a plush, cushioned mattress, you'll notice the difference here. However, they're still perfectly suitable for a comfortable night's rest, especially after a day of island exploration and activities. It's the kind of minor compromise you make when choosing authenticity and genuine hospitality over corporate standardization. Light sleepers or those with particular mattress preferences should go in with realistic expectations, but it's not a deal-breaker.
