Warm welcome from the excellent staff, facilities, amazing pool area, everything was clean.
Not so much about the property but guests who are walking into Hora need to be prepared for the 10 minute hill walk back to the hotel!

Beautiful pool space.
Staff friendliness.
Cleanliness of facilities: bed linen and towels changed on a daily basis.
Breakfast quality/variety/freshness can be improved.
Room size: small.
All day pool-bar music interfered with relaxation.

View, nice staff (except owner), good breakfast, late check in option
Rooms and facilities are quite old, some dirty and sticky (pool chairs), towels with some old stains, bad smell from pipes in rooms. The owner is an unreliable man who does not comply with the arrangements.
