Welcome to our “Apartment by the Sea” in the “Regina Apartment Building,” a wonderful place for your getaway on Borkum. In a beautiful location—between the new lighthouse and the beach promenade, just 100 meters from the beach—your vacation is sure to be a delight. Essential shopping options are also within a five- to ten-minute walk.
The “Appartement am Meer” was completely renovated in 2020. It is located on the second floor, measures approximately 45 m², and features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.
The living/dining room is bright and inviting. A spacious dining area, located right next to the window leading to the balcony, is perfect for enjoying a leisurely vacation breakfast. For evening entertainment, there is a 40-inch “Panasonic” smart TV, which can be conveniently viewed from the dining area, the sofa, or an armchair thanks to a swivel wall mount. The sofa is a high-quality sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) that can be easily converted into a bed when needed. The room can be darkened.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). In addition, the bedroom features a 32-inch “Panasonic” smart TV with a swivel wall mount (directly across from the double bed), ample storage space in closets, armchairs and a small table in front of the window facing Viktoriastraße, a bench for luggage, and the option to darken the room.
The well-equipped kitchenette (including a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and 2 “WMF” portable single-burner induction cooktops) allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your vacation on Borkum.
The bathroom features a toilet with a soft-close seat, a shower with a super-shallow, non-slip shower pan, a heated towel rack, and a modern countertop sink with a vanity cabinet.
You can enjoy the sun and the North Sea air on the balcony, which is located on the south side of the house and overlooks the garden. You’re also welcome to use the garden itself. Borkum’s sandy beach is practically right outside your door—so after your vacation breakfast, you can head straight out for a day at the beach or a stroll along the shore!

General Information:
The apartment features the “MagentaZuHause M” internet plan, which provides optimal free Wi-Fi and enables use of the smart TV. In addition to standard electrical outlets, the bedroom features an USB outlet, allowing you to conveniently charge your mobile devices. A Sony boombox with Bluetooth, a hair dryer, and a foldable laundry rack are also part of the apartment’s standard furnishings. All doors can be secured with magnetic doorstops.
For occasional laundry, a washer and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee. You’ll also find an iron and an ironing board there that you’re welcome to use. The linen packages bookable through WFV consist exclusively of white damask hotel linens, so that the cleaning process can be carried out in accordance with DEHOGA guidelines.
There is a storage area for bicycles.
Our “Appartement am Meer” on Borkum is also suitable for people with allergies. Please understand that for this reason, pets are not allowed. Furthermore, we ask that you refrain from smoking.
