Welcome to Landhaus Central in Söll—located in the Wilder Kaiser region—a popular filming location for movies and television!
Our vacation home is a unique property offering every comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. During the warmer months, a spacious, comfortably heated outdoor pool with an inviting terrace is at your disposal. All year round, you can enjoy a soak in the terrace hot tub—an ideal place to stay for families, friends, and colleagues looking to spend an unforgettable vacation in Tyrol.
The house is located in the lively town center, yet in a quiet corner. Shops, banks, a pharmacy, and numerous excellent restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The ski lift is about one kilometer away, and a regular, free ski bus runs from the town center. Two ski lifts provide access to Austria’s largest ski area: the Schiwelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental. In addition, Söll’s longest night ski run invites you to enjoy a truly unique experience. The run is illuminated until 10:30 p.m.
Söll is a fantastic place for a great winter vacation, but thanks to our wonderful natural surroundings, the town is also very popular for summer vacations. The well-known Hexenwasser Mountain Park is perfect for a day trip with children; it features a barefoot trail and various exciting water activities. From Hexenwasser, you’ll enjoy an enchanting view of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Vacation home You’ll have the entire lower floor and a maisonette bedroom on the upper floor of this attractive vacation home to yourself. A private exterior entrance ensures your privacy. During the summer months, a pleasantly heated private pool (approx. 10 x 4 m) is available for your exclusive use (May through October). The large covered terrace with a garden, outdoor shower, dining table, sun loungers, seating area, and grill rounds out this exclusive offering. Sports enthusiasts will be in their element, as the pool is equipped with a counter-current system. The pool can be used as an indoor pool with its cover in case of inclement or cooler weather.
The apartment is newly furnished; you’ll feel right at home here. The bright and welcoming kitchen-dining area is very spacious and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area—this is the popular heart of the home, where guests enjoy lingering even after dinner.
The cozy living room is furnished in a modern country style, and a large flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi ensures plenty of entertainment. The spacious couch can be converted into a first-class, full-size double bed with a slatted frame. A cozy LED fire flickers in the brick fireplace with a hearth bench.
The lower level also features a cozy bedroom with two high-quality single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV, as well as a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find an inviting bedroom equipped with a high-quality box-spring double bed and a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, as well as a modern bathroom with a toilet.




Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation home.
In addition, there is a private ski and laundry room (with a washer-dryer and freezer) available for your exclusive use, accessible via a few steps directly from the entryway.
Two private parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Guests with allergies will be interested to know that the house is pet-hair-free and is cleaned using chemical-free methods (green cleaning).



On-site costs: • To maintain peace and quiet, the house is not rented to groups with teenagers • Organizing student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and drinking parties is prohibited in this house
