The charming Villa Aloe is half of a semi-detached house with private spaces in the Costa Paradiso residential complex, a short walk from the sea and close to essential amenities. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine.



The villa has a balcony and a private terrace, partly covered and partly open, with lounge furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also a private garden, a hot tub (heated on request and available for an extra fee) and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. Hot tub use is recommended from April to October due to the weather conditions. Guests can also use a shared terrace, separate from the private areas and shared with guests of the neighbouring villa.



Thanks to the villa's convenient location, all essential amenities are accessible on foot or by car. The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute walk (671 m) away, while the supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km) away. The beautiful Li Baietti Beach is a 7-minute drive (3 km) away. Olbia Airport is about 1 hour and 26 minutes away by car (81.9 km).



Parking spaces are available at the property. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Events are allowed. A cot and high chair are available on request for an extra fee per item, per stay. Please note that the fireplace cannot be used due to new environmental protection regulations.
