The Üüs Aran house, featuring the Üüs Aran 1 vacation rental, welcomes you to a quiet village setting and offers cozy accommodations for up to two people in a 30 m² living space. The apartment is located on the first floor and is designated as a non-smoking property throughout. With 1 bedroom, a total of 2 rooms, and a modern, fully equipped shower room (toilet, sink, mirror), the layout ensures relaxing days after trips to the beach and excursions. Comfort is guaranteed: Central heating provides pleasant warmth even in cooler months, and a TV connection along with a digital TV are available. Wi-Fi and internet access are also provided so you can stay connected at all times.

The open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is a culinary delight: A stove with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a comprehensive set of kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware, are all provided. A dining table invites you to enjoy meals together, and hot water is, of course, available. Additional household support includes a laundry service. Outside, the vacation rental offers its own piece of nature: a garden, a lawn for sunbathing, and outdoor furniture are available, and there’s also a barbecue area that’s ideal for relaxing evenings. A private parking space is available, so you can start your vacation hassle-free.

The location is particularly charming, as the ocean and the beach are only about 600 meters away. Restaurants are about 1,600 m away, and shopping options are about 1,900 m away. Transportation is also convenient: public transit is about 200 m away, and the ferry is about 3,000 m away. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, this accommodation—with its rural setting and proximity to a forest—is an ideal starting point for walks and moments in nature.

Pets are allowed, but limited to a maximum of one. Children are welcome, making this vacation rental a great choice for short family getaways.
