About this apartment rental
Haus Amrum on Juist offers a total of 3 holiday apartments for 2 or 3 people to rent. Of these, 2 apartments are suitable for 2 people and 1 apartment for 3 people. For small children up to the age of about 3 years, it is possible to add a travel cot after consultation.
Comfortable living in all apartments from the 2018 season thanks to triple glazing.
The outdoor area was completely renovated between 2016 and 2019.
After extensive modernization, Haus Amrum was reopened in summer 2012. The apartments are completely newly furnished and now have new shower rooms with sinks and toilets as well as new fitted kitchens equipped with dishwashers and ceramic hobs. The house is quietly located in the east village on the dunes of Juist.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments.
The nearest bike rental is about 250 meters away.
As a rule, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Können sie nur empfehlen!

Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wurden gleich vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Teilte uns gleich vorab mit, dass der Geschirrspüler leider defekt sei und wir diesen nicht benutzen können. War für uns kein Problem.
Küche und Bad waren klein aber modern ausgestattet.
Leider fehlte ein Ofen oder Microwelle mit Heißluftfunktion welche wünschenswert gewesen wären.
Grundsätzlich war es sauber, allerdings hätten einige Spinnen vorher entfernt werden können und die Gardinen auch Mal wieder gewaschen werden können.
Wohnraum war ausreichend groß und ließ viel Licht in die Wohnung. Langschläfer sollten darauf achten ggf. eine Schlafbrille mitzunehmen, da es sonst zu hell werden könnte da keine Aussenjalousien vorhanden sind.
Zudem ist das Haus Recht hellhörig und es ist zu empfehlen eher eine Wohnung in der oberen Etage zu nehmen.
Nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein kleines niedliches Appartement, welches gut gelegen ist und allen notwendigen Ansprüchen zu einen guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerecht wird.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit guter Lage auf der Insel - Danke ! Was auf jeden Fall noch angeschafft werden sollte ist ein w-LAN Netz ( 2020 sollte sowas eigentlich Standard sein - sonst volle Punktzahl !! )

Das kleine Appartment ist sehr gut gelegen, die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend für schöne entspannende Tage auf der Insel Juist, nahe gelegen zum Weg zum Strand und in die Natur. Sehr schön, dass es auch eine Terrasse gibt, die windgeschützt ist. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gab es nur vorher per Email. Einziges Problem ist, dass das Bett quitscht! Das sollte abgestellt werden.
