About this apartment rental
The apartment features a spacious, bright living area with a double bed, a seating area, and a dining area.
The vacation rental has two balconies, both of which are accessible directly from the living area.
A sunny south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The second balcony faces west and is designed as a corner balcony. Part of this balcony runs along the neighboring apartment—however, both parties have their clearly defined areas directly in front of their respective windows.
Each apartment has its own separate set of furniture there, including a table and chairs.
It is rare for both parties to use the corner balcony at the same time, and this generally does not cause any disturbance.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. From the kitchen, you enter the shower room with a window.
Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
Pets are not allowed.
This house is owned by a family from Juist.

House Sylke is located a short distance from Juist’s lively town center—practically at the gateway to Ostdorf—and thus in a quiet yet very central location.
Supermarkets and restaurants are just a two-minute walk away.
Additional restaurants, cozy cafés, and small shops are located in the nearby town center. The harbor is also very close to the house.
You can fully enjoy the 17-kilometer-long sandy beach in just a few minutes.
A special feature of Haus Sylke is the communal garden with a beach chair and loungers.
