Spacious apartment for rent, located right on the beach. This apartment is on the first floor and is very easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage and garden. The apartment stands out for its unique location right next to the complex’s largest pool, so you can always keep an eye on your children. The apartment features a very spacious layout. The centerpiece is, of course, the spacious living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Here you’ll find two comfortable sofas and numerous decorative accents.
From the living room, you have direct access to the 20-square-meter covered terrace with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the complex’s largest main pool and the open sea beyond. The terrace features a large garden table and a comfortable lounge set consisting of a three-seater sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table. Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and the rustling of the palm trees.
The terrace features retractable glass panels, allowing you to enjoy it as a sunroom even in winter.
Both bedrooms are very spacious and each features built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors. The master bedroom has a large double bed measuring 180x200 cm. From here, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the pool and the ocean. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm.
On the other side of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (heating/cooling) and offers satellite TV with over 180 national and international (BBC, ITV; German) channels, as well as a private underground parking space.
Right in front of your terrace is the complex’s largest pool, complete with numerous sun loungers and showers. The beach is easily accessible directly through a gate behind the pool. At both ends of the complex, there is a popular beach bar or restaurant offering umbrella and lounge chair rentals. In this part of the complex, a total of 4 large pools are available to you. Two of the pools are heated during the winter months!
If you drive west from Marbella, you’ll pass through the town of Estepona on your way to Sotogrande. You’ll notice how dramatically the landscape changes. There are no more large hotels here; the landscape still retains its original character. Below the village of Casares—where time seems to have stood still—right on the beach lies the “La Perla de la Bahía” resort.
