Gute Ausstattung einschliesslich vorhandener Wallbox. Das FH liegt etwas ausserhalb von Köpenick in Grünen.

Ferienhaus getrennt vom Eigentümerhaus im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks, gut und schön ausgestattet, überdachte Terrasse, Swimmingpool zur Mitbenutzung. FH ist ökologisch und nachhaltig ausgerichtet. Das junge Eigentümerpaar sehr freundlich, offen und kommunikativ. Steigerungen und Verbesserungen sind immer möglich. Wir waren in dieser Woche sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Für unseren kleinen Hund war das Grundstück leider nicht ausbruchssicher, aber durch die Lage am Wald waren schöne Spaziergänge möglich, die ihm sehr gefallen haben.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Berlin und haben bei Sabrina in Köpenick gewöhnt. Sie und Ihr Mann sind sehr liebe Gastgeber eines netten Ferienhauses. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ÖPNV Anbindung und der Erholungswert ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Zentrum Berlins und kann danach in den Wäldern und am Müggelsee entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
