The apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2026 and now shines in new splendor.
This modernly furnished 2-room apartment, measuring 46 m², is located on the first floor of the popular Meeresbucht apartment building and can accommodate up to 3 people.
Look forward to a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed and its own LCD TV, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bright living room, the seating area invites you to relax—from here, you have direct access to the sunny balcony.
The apartment’s location is ideal: You’re just about 200 meters from the dike, the fine-sand family lagoon beach, and the North Sea. The spa park is also very close by. The pedestrian zone and the port of Büsum are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The vacation apartments offer the perfect setting for a relaxing North Sea vacation. Look forward to a comfortable living environment, modern amenities, and a location that could hardly be better. The family-friendly Perlebucht lagoon and another beach access point are only about 200 meters away. The spa gardens, shopping, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. The center of Büsum, with its harbor, lighthouse, and the “Meerzeit” water park, is only about a ten-minute walk away.
Each vacation rental has its own parking space, and some even come with a beach chair. The accommodations are suitable for two to six people. Dogs are allowed in the ground-floor apartments; pets are not permitted on the upper floors.

Moin, auf dem Balkon könnte man noch einen Sonnenschirm gebrauchen.
Die Sonne wird ja doch intensiever. Ansonsten alles gut. Danke

Betten driften auseinander, Sonnenschirm evtl. für die Terrasse, mehr ablageflächen im Badezimmer, aussenbeleuchtung Terrasse brennt die ganze Nacht (Energie sparen)
