Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Deich ist optimal

Die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme des Objekts hätte noch etwas besser sein können. Hierbei fielen insb. Spinnweben/-fäden und der Zustand des Bodens auf (vermutlich "nur" gesaugt, nicht gewischt). Letzteres um so wichtiger, da die Ferienwohnung für Haustierfreunde zur Verfügung gestellt wird und diese doch mehr Dreck (insb. Fell) hinterlassen, z.B. unter den Schränken oder unter der Couch.

Wohnung war sehr schön nur überheizt u wenig gelüftet die Kopfkissen müssten mal erneuert werden und an den lampenschirmen waren Spinnweben

Die Wohnung war im gesamten nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Fotos entsprachen nicht dem Zustand der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zu verwohnt und ist nicht dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis gerecht geworden.
