About this house rental
Lovely semi-detached house for up to 6 people. The houses Luv and Lee are located very quietly at the end of a dead-end street, which borders the fields. No through traffic, ideal for those seeking peace and playing children. A small path along the edge of the field leads you directly to the beach at Schwarzer Busch. From the high-quality equipped kitchen, you enter the open living room with a cozy fireplace for quiet evenings. Behind the house is a small playground where children from both houses can meet to play together. The garden is lined with raspberry and blackberry hedges as well as apple trees from which you may help yourself to your heart's content. Each house has a two-sided, separate terrace, so that you can have breakfast or barbecue individually or together. On the ground floor, there is a separate bedroom and a large bathroom, which is also accessible for people with limited mobility, including a large, walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one of them equipped with an additional TV. This half of the house can also be combined with the identical neighboring side Luv. Ideal for families who are friends! For our little guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Free internet access! You will find 2 parking spaces (unpaved, at the turning circle) directly at the house. Non-smoking! No pets allowed! Let yourself be pampered every day; we offer you a bread delivery service throughout the year that you can book with us up to 4 days before arrival. Ich mag das hübsche Haus vor allem wegen seiner ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Stichstraße und seiner hellen, modernen, aufgeräumten und skandinavisch anmutenden Einrichtung ohne überflüssigen Kitsch. Die Gestaltung von Haus und Garten gefällt mir sehr gut. Nur erschrocken habe ich festgestellt, dass in der Nachbarhälfte Luv Hunde erlaubt sind. An einem Abend wurde der Hund vier Stunden allein gelassen. In dieser Zeit hat er nur gebellt. Er gab keine Minute Ruhe. Auch sonst bellte er oft. Das war wenig erholsam, denn das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Ich hoffe, dass das Haus Lee dagegen weiter für Haustiere tabu bleibt, damit ich auch mit Freunden herkommen kann, die eine Allergie haben. Ich komme sehr gern hierher. Im Hauptschlafzimmer müssten das Fliegengitter und die Jalousie repariert werden, ansonsten war alles tipptopp in Ordnung. Schön finde ich auch, dass die Buchung jetzt komplett übers Internet abgewickelt werden kann und ich sofort eine Rückmeldung bekomme, sobald meine Überweisung angekommen ist. Ich habe mich von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

für den 5. Stern fehlt nicht viel, ausser z.B. eine Sammelmappe mit Infos, und eine persönliche Note in der Ausstattung/Deko, die zwar optisch ansprechend /stimmig ist aber kühl wirkt und sehr leicht austauschbar ist. Dennoch, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist prima und wie die 4 Sterne überall ja zeigen, es hat uns bestens gefallen.
