Farmhouse renovated in 2021 divided into 4 terraced houses. Beautiful terraced house. 1 km from the centre of Pirou, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 8 km, sandy beach "Pirou" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Pirou 1 km, Coutances 18 km, Mont St Michel à 1 heure, Iles de Jersey, Barneville Carteret 33 km.

Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer (extra), baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Erg verzorgde locatie, netjes en comfortabel. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Afgesloten tuin, hondvriendelijk. Enig minpuntje, waarborg van 300 euro cash af te geven. En misschien ook nog, geen goeie ontvangst van de tour xe france op tv

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. The only problem is that you have to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2 which is not very convenient and I have to say that I wouldn't have booked if I'd known this before hand. Apart from that we had a great time.

Gite confortable, dommage que les deux chambres ne soient pas indépendantes, un simple couloir suffirait pour plus de confort. Il manque également un repose serviettes dans la salle de bain. Sinon le Gite est très propre et très confortable, très bon accueil, des hôtes très accueillants. Je recommande un couple avec 2 enfants.
