About this house rental
This comfortable new house of 90 m2 on an enclosed plot of 1000m2 welcomes you to Créances, near its beach.
Very bright house with a living room of 33 m2 and a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. WIFI and TV.
The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable and new bedding.
Bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet.
In the garden, petanque court for entertainment, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue to have a good time.
This modern single-storey house benefits from a south-facing exposure and is located 1600 m from the beach and 1300 m from the shops. Fully fenced land for the safety of children with integrated petanque court.
Travel cot, baby bath, deckchair, potty and high chair available on request (free of charge).
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
In bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90*200 or possibility of gluing the 2 small beds to have a bed of 180*200 on request.
You have at your disposal the basic necessities: salt, pepper, sugar, oil... a classic coffee maker, a Nespresso...
Guests can enjoy board games.
Outdoor games: a game of racket, molkky and plastic petanque balls.
The communal skate park and the tennis court are located 150 m from the house.
Children will be able to have fun at the new playground (rue des Tamaris) located 800m from our house.
You can take the cycle path 250m away. 2.5kms of cycle path linking the village to the beach.
Magic Cars merry-go-round is set up in July and August in Créances plage: merry-go-round, duck fishing, straw hut, chichis and concerts.
From this place of stay, you can easily go on excursions to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey or visit Mont-Saint-Michel. You can also reach the landing beaches (Utah Beach, Omaha Beach, American cemetery of Colleville-sur-mer, German cemetery of La Cambe,...). For a sporty holiday, you can indulge in sand yachting and go-karting. Equestrian center 6km away, Agon Coutainville golf course 20Km away. Or you can simply take walks on the long sandy beaches. For night owls Casino d'Agon Coutainville 20Km away.
I ask you to return our house as you found it, clean and tidy.
I offer you a cleaning package at 60€.

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Elodie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr neu, aber es fehlt an nichts. Eine ruhige Gegend, das Haus ist recht nah zum Strand und zentral in der Normandie gelegen - ideal für Ausflüge. In etwas über einer Stunde kann man nach Cherbourg, Bayeux oder zum Mont Saint Michel kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert, und ein sehr netter Kontakt!

Très bon accueil, la maison a tout le nécessaire et très propre.
2 couples et 1 enfant nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Uns hat das Haus und die Lage in Creances sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt zwei Fahrminuten vom breiten, sehr schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Der Strand lädt zu Strandspaziergängen und Verweilen ein. Er war bei unserem Besuch im April fast menschenleer. Es gibt starke Gezeiten. Auch die Dünen sind sehr schön für Wanderungen.
Der Ort Creances ist klein aber sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Man kommt leicht innerhalb einer Stunde zum Le Mont St. Michelle und zu den Landungsstränden z.B. Omaha Beach und Museen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und hat viel Platz im Garten. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und die Straße war zu unserer Zeit recht stark befahren durch Landwirte und Baufahrzeuge. Dies mag jedoch nicht immer der Fall sein.
