About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming townhouse built in 1906, which was renovated in 2023 and is now known as Villa Blau. This prime location on the Stiftberg is wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, the city center is just a short walk away. The bright and spacious rooms offer a beautiful view of the greenery, and guests can enjoy an idyllic, fenced-in area of the park-like garden. You’ll feel right at home here. The apartment has been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished with antique, refurbished pieces. The bedroom is a real highlight: a very cozy, snug sleeping alcove measuring 2x2 meters.
Here, you’ll be spoiled for choice: long evenings gathered around the table in the fully equipped kitchen-diner, a game night in the living room, birdsong in the garden, or perhaps a stroll through the surrounding green spaces… We make the apartment available to family members, friends, and welcoming guests from all over. A warm welcome to you all!

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
