This 45-square-meter vacation rental in the Ehrsen neighborhood is located in a rural setting, yet close to the trade fair grounds and the city, and was completed in 2021. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge your batteries. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and public transportation are all within walking distance. The Schötmar train station is located in the immediate vicinity.

The ash wood we selected for this apartment grew right here on our farm and is reflected in the beautiful, handcrafted furniture from our own woodshop.
We’ve designed the kitchen in a fresh, modern shade of green. It’s equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and a Senseo coffee maker.
The patio and garden invite you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the idyllic countryside setting just a short distance from the town of Bad Salzuflen.

One set of bed linens and towels is included in the price.
Upon request, we will change your towels and bed linens for a fee.
Towel change (one hand towel, one bath towel) €3 per person
Bed linen change per person €5
One towel change is included for a 2-week stay.
ONE SMALL dog is allowed in this apartment. The dog is not allowed in bed, on the sofa, or to be left alone in the apartment. If you are bringing a SMALL DOG, please indicate this 🐕 when booking.

It was a cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with everything you need. It has a nice garden with a lot of birds. Very friendly owner.

The location was excellent for my needs , close to the main highway and a local grocery store , and a quick drive to the main part of town. Angelika was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions and made great suggestions about the the local area , and her dog Wilma was a treat , she is a Great Dane puppy that is still in the goofy puppy stage of running around everything and everybody . If I get the chance to come back I will definitely stay here again if it is avaible .
