We had a lovely week and the staff were fantastic , particularly Made.

We loved the layout, open living dining, garden and pool area.

A few things that could improved: New bath and pool towels as the ones that are there are looking a little old. The shower heads in bathrooms 3 & 4 need fixing. The first bedroom didn’t have air con. This wasn’t a problem because two of our family members couldn’t come at the last minute so we didn’t need the 5th bedroom. But had they come, we couldn’t have used the room with no air con which meant that 2 of the boys would have had to share a room. The couple in the last room furthest from the pool said the mattress was rock hard. We aren’t sure if all the mattresses are the same because the rest of us found the beds ok. The water in the pool seemed to get greener as the week went on and one of our group got an ear infection. My husband noticed that the chlorine was sitting in a pile in the corner of the pool, not dissolved. Maybe that is why. We enjoyed the pool however.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Nico thank you to the staff that looked after us.

It was clean and tidy the staff were fantastic.

The bathrooms could do with a paint and a little face lift but they were ok that’s just for feedback purposes, as some of the paint in areas is flaking off and this could have improved the look and feel.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would use the Villa again.

We were made to feel very welcome by the Villas host. He was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Nothing was too much to ask for and it was served on time, fresh, hot and with a smile. The rooms were serviced every day and the sheets changed often as required with a longer stay. Nothing was too much of a problem. The swimming pool is super for adults and competent swimmers to swim in. It is big and very deep. The Villa was a safe haven away from the traffic which can be noisy and heavy at times. It was close to walk to the supermarket. It was also easy to catch a taxi or motorcycle. The streets do have walking hazards. The Security staff was available overnight which was helpful and comforting. It is good to have staff at the property 24/7. The Staff overall were very friendly and helpful.

Some of The Villa bathrooms could benefit from some attention to the finer details like wall plastering and some tap, sink, shower and plug hole maintenance and replacing.

Fab place in Canggu

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was excellent. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

There could have been more sunloungers. Access to pool was a little difficult for me and a person with mobility issues.

Incredible Villa, amazing staff and perfect location.

The property is exactly as pictured, super tropical looking place so spacious and so clean. The staff were amazing and there is security at night which was such wonderful peace of mind.

It’s definitely starting to need some work done whether that be a shower update in a room or some paint but overall cannot fault it.

Great villa with friendly staff.

The size and layout was perfect for our group of 10. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We organised the chef to cook dinner on our first night which was delicious. Good location, easy to get Grab cars and food deliveries. The Villa is bit dated but that’s reflected in the price - still good value for the size.

Staff were great, the villa was kept clean and breakfast each day was amazing. Everything we asked for, was quickly organised by the team. Location was nice - good to be a bit out of the busy areas.

The bathrooms felt a little run down - shower heads didn’t work very well.

Nice, spacious villa. Perfect for group traveling. The location is also nice, close to Batu Bolong and lots of eateries. Breakfast were nice.

The facility is a bit rundown, need to be upgraded. Electricity in Room 1 was a mess, there were times we could not turn the lights off when we wanted to go to sleep. Pillows, towels, bedsheets looked old and tired. Cobwebs in the bathrooms - cleanliness can be improved. The security person was rude. He came inside 2 nights in a row, telling us to lower down our voice when we were just having normal conversations by the pool with food and wine. There was no music nor booze, no parties. We have young children asleep in the villa, so we didn’t do anything crazy and would not want to wake up our kids either. He basically threatened us saying the Banjar/klian will come with warga/people if we don’t tone down our voice, which we found a bit weird as why would the Klian bother coming into Villas with 5-6 people having decent conversations. Overall in terms of hospitality, the management can definitely improve.
