The responsiveness of the staff! They helped me arrange my private driver transport for my week in Bali ref the itinerary that I had in mind!
The tropical plants landscaping inside the villa did give rise to some small “wildlife” in our bathroom (a spider and a frog). The bathroom door design was not the best and I accidentally “tapped” my last finger while closing the door and it’s now a little bruised and sore.
