Located just a short distance from the “Altes Forsthaus Bodenmais,” this spacious vacation home offers a total of 213 m² of living space. It consists of two separate half-houses with their own entrances and can accommodate up to 9 people plus one child up to 3 years old.
This makes the house ideal for two families, couples who are friends, or a larger travel group who want to vacation together while still enjoying their privacy.

The first half of the duplex spans two floors and features four rooms.
The upper floor features two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy kitchen-diner with a dining area, a coat closet, a storage closet, a guest restroom, and a charming living area in a rustic style.

The second half of the duplex also spans two floors and offers four rooms.
The upper floor also features two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor includes a bright kitchen-diner with a dining area, a coat closet, a storage closet, a guest restroom, and a cozy living area in a country style.
Both halves of the vacation home have their own terrace. Directly in front of them is a shared lawn with a magnificent panoramic view of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park—ideal for relaxing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Children and dogs are very welcome here.
## Amenities and Services
Towels and bed linens are provided for your initial needs. A crib and a high chair are available upon request.
The vacation home does not have its own washing machine. You’re welcome to use our laundry service:

Upon request, you can also use our bread roll service. Our village baker regularly supplies us with fresh and delicious bakery items.

From Regener Straße, between the Bodenmais Camping Resort and Böhmhof, please follow the signs for “Altes Forsthaus.” The final stretch of the route leads along a graveled private forest road.
