The former commercial unit has been converted and renovated into a 2-room apartment.
Located on the first floor, it offers direct street access and space for up to 7 people on 72 m².

- Sofa, which can be converted into a Double Bed
Bedroom 2:
- Comfortable Double Bed 160x200
- Dresser
The bright living room offers
- Comfortable Sofa, which can be converted into a Double Bed 140x200

- a Flat-Screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer.
Due to the central location of the apartment on the first floor, there may be some noise. Please take this into account when booking.
