In the heart of Peschiera del Garda, just a few steps from the old town and the beach, awaits you the Benaco holiday apartment: a modern and cosy retreat in a quiet residential complex with a swimming pool and playground, ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation.The apartment is located on the second floor of the "Dogana" residence and has recently been renovated with great taste and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, bright and designed to offer maximum comfort: two double rooms, all air-conditioned and darkened thanks to electric shutters, a complete bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine and a fully equipped modern kitchen.The living room opens onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or dinner at sunset.The apartment is also equipped with satellite television, WiFi, a safe and sufficient free parking spaces within the complex.The swimming pool is open in summer and is excellent for cooling down and relaxing in a quiet and private atmosphere. Swimming caps are mandatory in the pool.The location is truly privileged: In just a few minutes, you can reach the beach, the train station, and the centre of Peschiera on foot, with its restaurants, bars, and shops overlooking the lake. And if you are travelling in a group or with friends, you can also book the adjacent apartment on the same floor, which can comfortably accommodate four more people.

Arrival instruction all good ,key pad etc all as outlined. No personal meeting managed by remote company, communicated via whatsapp. Photos gave true impression of the place, clean comfortable, and quiet, but we were there out of season. Pool closed, so check if this important to you. No lift, and apartment on 3rd floor. Parking outside good, close to town 10 min walk and local bar and restaurant. Well provided, but strange no oven, just hob and microwave. Would consider returning as we enjoyed it.

The apartment was spacious, has parking, 5 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to lakeside. It was immaculately clean. The air conditioning was fantastic. Everything was very clear and easy and we would stay and use this apartment again

The apartment is clean and spacious with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, good Wi-fi and TV. It is located in a gated community which feels very safe and is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera del Garda. There is a very nice swimming pool (you need a hat if you have hair!) and plenty of parking spaces if you have a car. There is no oven or toaster - just a hob and a microwave with grill - but this won't matter if you are eating out most of the time! We did not have a car but found it easy to get ferries to other parts of the lake and it was a short walk to a little beach with pedalos. The train station is a short walk if you want to go to Verona or further afield for a day. The nearest supermarket (Penny Market) is about 10 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.
