Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars and a rear gravelled area with decking and furniture. Property was ok but could do a bit of refreshing, particularly the bathroom. No beach view here but wasn't expecting one, only a ten minute walk though
