About this cottage rental
From June 30th to August 31st 2024 we only allow weekly stays (7, 14 ect. days) with arrival/departure on Sundays due to peak season.
Wood burning hot tub can be rented in addition to your stay.
3-4 days: 80€
5-7 days: 110€
7-10 days: 140€
10-14 days: 175€
At the end of a cul de sac with direct access to the protected plantation “Professorens Plantage” lies our lovely and cozy log house “Lynghytten” which has been renovated with new bathroom and kitchen in 2021.
The house has a good layout of 67m2 with a separate entrance/hallway leading to the newly renovated bathroom with washer/dryer and a spacious shower, master bedroom and the heart of the house the kitchen-dining area and sitting room where you can enter the two other bedrooms (3/4 beds). All bedrooms are double rooms with good storage.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all kitchen appliances and kitchenware.
The sitting room is cozy and spacious with good furniture, a wood-burning stove, air conditioner and double terrace doors opening out to the roofed terrace.
The sitting room has TV, Apple-TV and internet.
The house has a roofed terrace with furniture and a large patio with furniture, a barbeque, 2 sun beds and a parasol.
From the house you can overlook the plantation where it is possible to spot wildlife and with direct access to the plantation you have ample opportunities for walks, runs and MTB activity and the private path leads directly to the child friendly sandy beach (500m)
No smoking in the house and in the plantation
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but can be provided for 10€/pers.
Access to the hot tub is additional: 110€/week (80€ 2-5 days)

We loved the cottage with everything you can wish for. Loved the hot tub. But, our favourite place to stay was any place on the giant wooden deck. So many nooks to choose from, with several seats. Also, where do you find a house in the woods on walking distance from the beach? The little toen closeby has everything you need. Thanks for making it so comfortable

We loved our stay in this log cabin. It was calm, very relaxing and just what we needed. The cabin was fully equiped, clean and comfortable. We lit the log burner each night and just relaxed on the sofa. The area was also great to explore - many walks in the forests or on the beach are are possible. The owner, Cathrin, was very clear, timely, helpful and friendly in her communication with us. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
