A well-equipped holiday cottage, partly renovated in 2010 and the exterior was renovated in 2017. Tasteful living room and kitchen. Washing machine in the entrance. 10 m² covered terrace connected to a 15 m² open terrace to the south. 15 m² terrace facing north. The house is located close to a beach with peaceful surroundings.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a lovely time at the Sæby-By Traum cottage, The living room was super comfy, and I loved the outdoor terrace, It’s perfect for morning coffee! Only downside was the WiFi was kinda slow, but we survived without it for a bit,

This place is spacious and comfy! We had enough room for our group of friends, The beach is close, and the area is quiet, The only bummer was the final cleaning fee, but it was worth it for the experience,

It was a straightforward stay—good facilities, but nothing overly special, The cleaning fee was a bit high, and I wish there were more options for dining nearby, However, the outdoor space was nice for the kids to play in, Adequate for a short holiday, but we might explore other options next time,

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Lyngså Strand, The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our family meals, The kids loved the playground nearby! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway,
