About this villa rental
Villa Pedreta is located in a quiet area in the middle of the Mallorcan countryside. Natural stone walls, white interior walls, wooden beams and ceramic floors indicate that this is a traditional-style holiday home with a distinct Mallorcan character.
Inside there is a fully equipped dining room with a large plasma TV and DVD, a comfortable open kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.
The property has two double bedrooms, both with full bathrooms and air conditioning. Free WiFi internet is also available.
The villa is located in a quiet area protected by a pine and holm oak forest. The 5m x 4m large Roman-style pool with easy access is surrounded by a lawned garden and terraces with hammocks, which are ideal for sunbathing.
The outdoor grill is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner al fresco with friends and family.
The property is located near Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The closest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Mallorcan village with a lot of charm, very inviting with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its famous Sunday market. In addition, the village has its famous Calvary staircase, 365 steps that lead us to the highest part of the city, from where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the city and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente. Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9-hole golf course Pollensa is only 5 minutes away by car.

The villa is stunning. Lovely gardens with plants throughout. Various places to sit or entertain and a terrific barbeque. Great place for a family or couples who want a quiet holiday within striking distance of Pollenca and Alcudia.
There are lots of small things we would recommend for improvement:
Basics - when you pay for a villa you expect some basics (e.g. salt, washing up liquid, diswasher tablets, toilet rolls etc.). Just 10-15 euros spent on essentials would have a big beneficial impact on guests. A bottle of wine on arrival is also a smart idea.
Pool - The pool was lovely, but (as someone who knows pools well) I could tell it hadn't been brush-cleaned before our arrival. The floor was slippy. I would ensure you do that for future guests.
Shower - We would expect an outdoor shower by the pool, both for hygiene reasons (pre-swim shower) and practicality (post-swim wash off).
